vodafone balnece/money transfer offer

vodafone an international brand, for its postpaid customers in ap circle is offering balance transfer from their postpaid account to their loved ones, when they are running low on balance.

From the post paid number dial *130# and follow an interactive menu for transfering the amount.

Important information in this service is

• Maximum amount per transaction is Rs 100/-. While the minimum amount is Rs 50/-
• Maximum amount per month that can be transferred from a single Postpaid number is Rs 1000
• Donor should have a credit limit which is more than the current outstanding amount being transferred
• This service can only be availed by Postpaid customers who have been active on the Vodafone network for more than 3 months
• COCP subscribers will not be able to avail this offer
• Both Donor and recipient would receive confirmation SMS after successful transfer

• Charges

  • Convenience fee: Rs 2 (applicable on Postpaid connection)
  • Service tax on Rs 3, which is applicable as per norm (12.36%) will be charged on Postpaid Bill
  • Service tax on amount transferred (12.36%) plus Processing fees of Rs 2 will be charged on Prepaid
